DDDI Group funds half of every approved project. RESI supervises delivery. Cyberate Technologies builds.
Up to ten projects each year. Applications for the 2026 intake are open. This is a privately funded industry program, not a government grant.
Before you apply
The program funds half of the quoted development cost for approved projects. Applicants are assessed by RESI and participating industry associations, and we aim to respond within one week.

- Working in planning or construction, or providing services to construction businesses
- Able to agree to case study naming, research contribution and data collaboration terms
